Precinct Person Resources

Precinct Person Resources

Are trying to recruit another Precinct Committee Person for your neighborhood? Use the Be A PCP Today brochure to help explain what a Precinct Committee Person is. To stay up to date on the happenings of the Shawnee County Precinct People, join our monthly PCP zoom call on the FIRST TUESDAY of every month. Contact Jason Peters at if you are not getting his reminder emails of this meeting.  We also have a monthly event called the Second Saturday Social which happens on the 2nd Saturday of every month! You can mingle with other Democrats and get to know other PCP’s. Also check this site periodically for walking cards you can print out to walk your Precinct with to educate fellow Democrats on the upcoming election!

Ward Captains’ Contact Info

When you look at your VOTER REGISTRATION, your Precinct is listed next to your Political Party designation. The first number set of numbers in that Precinct number is your Ward, the second number is your Precinct. Find the Ward Captain with the corresponding Ward number in the Ward Captain List and email that person directly. If you are unable to contact your Ward Captain please email us via the “Stay in Touch” window on this page. We will make sure your message gets to the right person.

The mission of the Kansas PCP Coalition is to recruit and train Precinct Committee Persons, to grow voter turnout for Democratic candidates in their Precincts (your neighborhood). Sign up to receive updates on our effort to share information across Kansas.
